Message in cell when criteria is met

    Hello guys,

i don't have much knowledge in excel and i can see here are guys who are really good at it, so i'm hoping you can help me. I need VBA to look at cell B3 and when there is number more than 120, cell C3 colors red and message "Criteria is met" appears.

    Thanks in advance

In the attached is conditional formatting in cell C3 (not VBA).
That cell contains the message, but it's in white, so not visible.
    The conditional format formula is:
    =$B$3>120
and the conditional formatting is to colour the cell red and the font colour Automatic, where upon the message becomes visible in a red cell.

Everyone: If I've helped and you can't be bothered to acknowledge it, I can't be bothered to look at further posts from you.
