    Lookup or match

Hi, I have a column in which I have a value I need to look up, then in same column anther value I need to find then return value in column that has another value in.

    Eg
Need to find value "123" in Column A, the in same column there will be multiple instances of value "Total" but I need the first one under "123"
Then once I find which row "Total" is in I need to lookup the value of "March" in that row and return the end value I need.

I hope this helps explain. I'm trying Index match but not able to get to work.

It will be easier to understand if you attach a small workbook with enough sample data and the desired result
