Hi all

Apologies if this is in the incorrect section, I wasn't sure which one my issue would best fit.

Basically I have written some VBA code to create a number of emails (roughly 1,000) in Outlook from information contained in cells in Excel.

This part works perfectly and they all appear in my drafts and look fine when I go into them.

However, when I then try to send them they come up as undelivered and when I go into my sent items and go into the email it shows the email address I wanted to send to in apostrophes.

This is what the undelivered bounce back says:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
The email address you specified in your message is invalid. Your recipient address is invalid. Please check the recipient's email address and try to resend the message.
Remote Server returned '550 5.1.15 RESOLVER.ADR.InvalidInSmtp; encapsulated INVALID address inside an SMTP address (IMCEAINVALID-)'

In the excel workbook and in the draft there is no apostrophe on either end of the email address I am wanting to send to.

I am using Excel and Outlook 2016 and Microsoft Exchange

Has anyone come across this before?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thank you in advance

Alex
