Add words to a list in column A relative to a list of selected names in column B

Hi there!

A short description of what's needed is as follows:

1. Choosing names from a (userform) list then after pressing an "OK" Button
2. Finding those names on a sheet in Column B, then
3. Adding a specific word to the end of the text in Column A relative to the names selected.

I've added a sheet that hopefully shows what is needed.

This is going to be a shared document and the data on the sheet to extract names, I would like to keep hidden.

All good, I managed my desired result a different way instead of using a userform. Thanks anyway for looking
