    Format repeated lines in excel with a lighter font

    Hi
    Please assist

    I don't want to manually format repeated text in one column. How can i use vba to do it for me automatically.
    My sample set looks like this: I want the repeated name to be formated in light grey.
    Name record task
    Harry BB1 ironing
    Harry BB2 dishes
    Harry BB3 feeding
    Louis AA1 drinking
    Louis AA1 sleeping
