Dynamicaly Linked Cells based on the Month

My company recently changed from a four week accounting to a monthly accounting format. We have been using the attached tracker for quite a few years.
Now with a month calendar there will be at least one week on this sheet with an odd # of days. My question is:
Is there any way to tie this sheet to a calendar or possibly to change the odd week depending on that month it is to the correct days depending on which month it is and clear out the remaining days for that particular weeks?
Any help would be much appreciated. Please see attached sheet.
