I have created a word template document with macros (so a .dotm) which is used by multiple people from a Intranet location.
The issue I'm having is when people open it up then they might do something and then use 'Save' and it saves it back to the original location through overwriting the original template.
Is there a way that I can prevent this through VBA so that when they go to save it they must use the "Save AS' so they have to select to a different location (say their Documents folder on the local machine).

It gets very frustrating to keep updating the template file. I have a little VBA skills but not an expert.
Thanks a lot
