    Macro timing issue

    Hi Folks

    I've got this procedure for which i put a button on the worksheet. The issue is that if i call the sub manually from VBA it only takes about 2 seconds, however, when calling it via a button on the worksheet, it takes like double of that time.

    The said button calls the same procedure, but takes much longer...quite weird, but ok it's excel...

    Any ideas why it acts as it does?
