i am looking for a code that can save the report that run by a drop-down list in Excel and save them all in one pdf in order (show page number on the bottom)




please see attached and a explanation below


1. Summary Tab has two drop-down lists, Cell P1 shows a list of District name: 1,2,3,....
Cell P2 shows a list of Name, the name list is from "Control Sheet" tab.


2. each Name has a individual tab, shown as a, b ,c, d,e,f.


3. the information on Summary tab will change when i change in Cell P1 or P2.


for example, when the Cell p1 shows "1" and Cell P2 shows " d"


i would like to have a macro runs all the name that on the list in "Control Sheet" in District 1, print into one pdf in order and has page number on the bottom.


so whatever cell p1 shows, the macro should print all the Names list data for Cell P1. and the print area should be in summary tab A1:L5.
