Pivot Table, Calculated Item - not working on large file

Hello All,

I'm seeking answers to solve a problem I'm having with inserting a "calculated item" in a Pivot Table. I think this may be an easy one or someone who has experience in it. I am able to get the inserted "calculated item" to work on smaller data tables but I cannot get it to work on the real data table with about 24,000 lines of same type data.

Pasted here is a snapshot of an example pivot table with additional comments showing it is working for a small data table with about 100 lines of data. Also pasted here is a snapshot of the example data table.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
