Outlook VBA create button for recipients to reply on standard format

Hi all,
I am working on a small project to send out a mass email to all staff in company. I wonder if it is possible to create a standardized template for recipients to reply.

Is it possible to have macro store on some button in the email body? When people click on the button, it should create an email with some pre defined template. I have google related keywords but cannot find a match. Appreciated for help.

You cannot store macros in e-mail messages. It would be preferable to link to a form on your company web site (or location all users have access to).
