open workbook

hi
i have a folder in my documents that i keep all my invoices in created in excel they all have a invoice number
and i also have a workbook that contains a spread sheet details of the invoices also have the invoice number on it
i wont to be able to click on the invoice number in the spread sheet to open up the invoice in the other folder
how would i go about this
