Insert a table by selecting how many rows and columns

Hopefully my last button and thanks for your help!

I require a VBA button that when clicked a popup asks how many rows and columns for a new table for that slide.
Much like the tool available INSERT > TABLE shown below:


However, the table it creates needs to be font ARIAL size 12, vertical alignment center, paragraph text aligned leftI've tried coding for a two hours this morning because I know you're busy, but I failed
