A VBA Code which sort values, remove duplicate and vlookup

Hi,
I have stuck in a problem tried to resolve this through excel formulas but couldn't succeed. Can somebody please help me in resolving these.
I have different boxes and need to sort values in column A, remove duplicate and lookup that value in another table and place the value in a certain cell.

I have explain the detail in attached excel file. I would be grateful if somebody please help me in writing amacro for the resolution of this problem.

Hello Sarfaraz,

I have a few questions...

1. Did you remove any formulas from the "Calculator" sheet in the workbook?
2. Is the database format in the workbook true to the original format?
3. Are the numbers in column "A"always 8 digits?
4. Are the names separated by hyphens in the original data?
