Execute different Macro before sending an email

Hi,

My requirement is as below.

Before i send an email, i want a custom form opened which has different macros assigned in different buttons.

For example, when i press enter for sending the email, before sending it a pop up form should open up which has different button.
Button 1 - Use a different signature
Button 2 - BCC my email
Button 3 - Store the reciepients, subject and body into an excel sheet where i logs Action items
Button 4 - Automatically create a Follow up reminder in my task list

etc.

So i can choose the action on each email before i send.

Could someone share a sample or help to share the code for it.
