Auto Filter Again

Can anyone tell me why this starts my auto filter at row 1 and not row 8 and therefor doesnt filter correctly?

I Just realised im being an idiot as I already had the autofilter turned on on row 1, turned it off and works fine!!!!

Must be time for me to go home before i go nuts
