Lightbulb How to backup settings of Microsoft Office which are in registry branches?

CloneApp - this is a software that allows you to copy/backup the desired registry branches.

Want to understand how from the registry
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\
backup what I need (I just do not know where to look, there are a lot of things written) !?

    1. Settings - ContextMenuCell, ContextMenuPly, ContextMenuShapes (for some buttons I set visible=false, so after the transfer was also hidden).
    2. Font, Font size, Font color, Scale/Zoom of Worksheet.
    3. Quick Access Toolbar - buttons that are there.
    4. TabDeveloper:
      • Add-ins - Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
      • COM Add-ins

    5. File > Setting (backup of all settings).
    6. Visual Basic all settings.
