i will place the vba code in shalu.xlsb
all files are located in same path
sheet name can be aything
open the file
copy all the data from sheet1 and sheet2 of shalu1.xlsx and paste the data to sheet1 of shalu2.csv (sheet name can be anything )
close and save all the file
