Column Sort as per Template

Hi All,

I'm a new member for this site, Thanks to every body for there postings.
I'm also new to writing macros..

I would like any of you to help me code the following:

1) Two files Resultfile and Templatefile are there, the resultfile column needs to be reordered as per the templatefile column. Note the resultfile column oftenly changes.
once this is done then
a) if any extra column exist in resultfile other then the templatefile column.. this should be deleted from the resultfile.

b) if any column if the result file is missing as per the templatefile column it should be insert in the same order and all cells should be grayed in color..

Please kindly help me with code for this at the earliest
