Live data output

Hi all,

I have a little project that i would like some pointers on.

I need to be able to make the data within my spreadsheet available live to anther spreadsheet. The other spreadheet will be in a remote location, so access over the internet.

I was thinking something like an FTP server, but setting this up may be a bit too much. I dont mind using VBA to schedule a regular update, like every minute.

Could someone point me in the right direction of the best way to go about this.
