    locked out of access

One of my customers installed a new computer. When he started up my program, it had some sort of security problem. Microsoft required a response ----- (This is a paraphrase because he didn't write it down) ---- some content of this program may be dangerous --- his choices: 1-allow the content or 2-don't show this message again. He chose "2", and it doesn't show the message and it totally blocks the content and the program can't execute. It freezes at the beginning.

Ive never run into this before. How can I open the program in order to re-see the message and then choose 1 --- allow the content.

and then, how do I turn off the message permanently and allow the program to run?

Unfortunately, this is MS Access 2007

I've tried reinstalling MS Office. No good.

Solved: I moved them to a new version of MS Access. I guess that's what Microsoft wanted.
