Filter Listbox value marching with Combobox value

Dear Team,

I had created the userform for Add,Update, Delete, Filter & Export datas.


I this i completed code for Add,Update, Delete.

I want filter the listbox vaues which is batching the combobox values by pressing the filter button. I dont know how to create the code for this.

And I want to export listbox data to excel format even if it is filter or non filter also.

Can any one help me how to do this. I upload my file here for your reference
