    Access - Excel link

    Hello,

I have an Excel spreadsheet and an Access Database. I would like to be able to enter certain values in the spreadsheet, then click a button, which would then automatically populate those values into an Access form.

    Can anyone help please?

    Hi boxcaru,

I can't help you with putting them into a form, but I can help you with going directly to the table.

There is an entry on my site here which shows how to send data from Excel to an Access table using SQL.

Would that be suitable, or are you restricted to using a form?

Ideally it would need to be a form that was populated with the data
