vba help - show Top 3 performer

Hi Team,

Need your help in vba, Column A and B is my input Columns
from which I have to generate Output Column(D:I)

I manually fill Column A and B from everydays Outlook mail.
and I have to show
1 rank ***
2nd rank **
3 rank *

if there is a tie emp name may appear two times with Seperator,



I have also asked this question on MR Excel forum.

Got solution in PowerQuery , looking help in vba. its urgent deliverable hence asking in this forum also.

Is there a possible way in excel VBA to show top performer to least performer based on their distances away from each-other? In terms of coordinates (latitude/longitude)?
