I'm using a third-party program to create and export tables onto MS Word. See image (font size 8): The table cell margins have a forced gap (approximately 0.1 points) that can't be fixed with the LeftPadding and RightPadding properties. Are there any other properties that could be forcing the gap between the text and the cell borders?

The only (kind of) solution I've tried is to apply a table style, which resets all table properties to the chosen style. This clues me in that it's a table property, not a font property, forcing the gap. When using this method, I have to manually paint in the original border lines again.
