    Shift pattern conversion

    Hi All,

    For some reason this problem is getting the better of me and i cannot find a way around it.

    I have a column of week numbers, one of the shift and i want to add a column shift the team working at that time. We have a permanent night shift and the other day shifts swap from earlies to lates on alternate weeks.

    No matter what 'AND 'OR 'IF or 'IFS formulas i use i cannot get the result i want. No matter what i search online i cannot even point myself in the right direction

    Week Shift Team
    1 Early A
    1 Lates B
    1 Nights N
    2 Early B
    2 Lates A
    2 Nights N

    Assuming "Week" is in row 1

    =CHOOSE(MOD(ROW()-1,6)+1,"N","A","B","N","B","A")
