i have two sets of figures (1 pink & 1 blue) i am looking for a way in which i can drag/drop or copy paste. Both sets have an identical " ID " no. as a help.

Well as far as I know there is no drag and drop function. As far as copy and pasting, why dont you turn on the macro recorder and do the steps you want accomplished and see if that would suit your needs. If not post back and someone can help further.
Peace of mind is found in some of the strangest places.
It's not clear what you're trying to achieve. As Austen said, there is no drag and drop, but there may be other ways to move your data.

Colour blind as well as short sighted.
I could have sworn I looked there.
i have just down loaded the file and the colums "A:G" are pink font and "M:Q" are blue fontI downloaded the attachment - there are no blue figures.
