    Printing Problem

A customer with a mature application changed their network configuration--- went to a Windows Server system.
This app prints letters with a lot of check boxes on them among other things. But on one printer, the check boxes don't print. I've seen them print the letter on one printer - aok. Then they print the same letter from the same program for the same customer from the same workstation but a different printer. The boxes are gone. The offending printer is an HP LaserJet P2015

    Any ideas?

btw, I know they can print the letters at the printer that works. But it's on the other side of the office. This lady wants to use her own darn printer.

Do you need to set any references to her printer or it's driver?
Here is a link that explains some problems.

No need for printer references. The report goes to whichever default printer is assigned in Windows. For this letter to print at a printer on the other side of the office, I just default to it in Windows and let the lady walk.
