A customer with a mature application changed their network configuration--- went to a Windows Server system.
This app prints letters with a lot of check boxes on them among other things. But on one printer, the check boxes don't print. I've seen them print the letter on one printer - aok. Then they print the same letter from the same program for the same customer from the same workstation but a different printer. The boxes are gone. The offending printer is an HP LaserJet P2015

Any ideas?

btw, I know they can print the letters at the printer that works. But it's on the other side of the office. This lady wants to use her own darn printer.
