Copy & Paste from 1 WB to another WB

i don't know why the same set of sets sometime works & sometime doesn't.
If i erase my record from 100k row to just remaining 1 row of data. It works.
I just don't know how to fix it.

Is it malfunction of vba? any bugs / cache need to be cleared?

    Pls find. Thanks.

Replace company specific / sensitive / confidential data. Include so many rows and sheets etc in the uploaded workbook to enable the helpers visualize the data and table structure. Helpers do not need the entire workbook.

Attaching both files would be good. In the meantime:
    1. Is every row in the source file column F guaranteed always to have data in?
    2. Is every row in the destination file column D guaranteed always to have data in?
