Do you have macro code that specifies the workbook to close ?
If the WB is corrupted, that might do it
Export modules and rebuild it

No sir i dont have. So let say i have more modules and userforms.
Now in my workbook_open, i have a code says Mainwindow.show.
And in Mainwindow userform, there is no data specifies in mainwindow_initialize.
