I am able to extend the data range for a variable of a scatter chart by dragging the lower right drag handle of the data column down. But there is no drag handle at the top of the data column. Is there an equivalent way to drag up?

I am able to extend the data range for a variable of a scatter chart by dragging the lower right drag handle of the data column down. But there is no drag handle at the top of the data column. Is there an equivalent way to drag up?
