A 'Please" and 'Thank You' goes a long way towards getting somebody to help

Word already has pre-defined character Styles for some of these... And why would you need character Styles for Superscript & Subscript? Besides which, you might start by doing some basic learning, starting with: Customize or create new styles - Microsoft Support.

The rest is just a simple matter of using Find/Replace.

Here are my articles on creating character styles for proofing language settings using vba.

They may help you. They do check for existing styles and discuss assigning keyboard shortcuts.

Look into the Emphasis and Strong styles that come with Word.
