I used to use Excel 2010 and used a modeless form opened from the code in Personal Workbook. The form worked great as it was always on top of all Excel windows and I could use the form when I select any workbook, and the form could interact with any active workbooks.
However, after I upgraded to Office 365, the modeless form is not always on top. When I open a fileA and initialize the form, it's on top of the screen, but when I select another workbook (file B), the form goes hidden. When I activate the file A again, form comes back. When I close the file A, the form closes as well, which shouldn't, as the form comes from the Personal Workbook, not file A. It would be appreciated if you could help with this issue. Thank you.
