Save excel and corresponding PowerPoint file at the same time
I have an excel file where user fills in data in several forms, which creates a chart. When done, they transfer the chart to a PowerPoint presentation. All this works perfectly
I need to save the excel file AND the PowerPoint presentations with the userdefined name and location using save as, so they can create multiple charts with different content.
Also next time they open the excel file, the corresponding presentation must be opened as well.
i know i must create original file as template to avoid overwriting it. But I cannot figure out the rest.
Any hints or help appreciated.
