    excel help

    hi
    i have a invoice in excel and in a36 it says pay 14 day from invoice date.
    but i have some custamer that pay monthly. so i need to remove that and say pay monthly.
    but dont wont to get deleting and retyping so
    please advise

    Sub test()
        Range("A36").Value = "Pay monthly"
    End Sub

    or alternatively, you could set up cell A36 as a Data Valuation cell. So you could select a predefined value ( Pay Weekly, Pay Fortnightly, Pay Monthly etc) for each Customer for the Invoice.
    Remember To Do the Following....

    That's a good option Aussie, as ever I reach for the only tool in my toolbox which is VBA and take things too literally...
