Hi!
I have table 4.1, where it is given ϕc values for certain range.
Now i have values between given values, NEd,1/NEd=0.6 and l0/h=13.1.
Is there a way to use Excel interpolation and related functions to find ϕc for these values?
Hi!

So would you expect to return 0.82 with those inputs?

you give the "magic" formula to arrived at those values.
because i noted that 0.5 and 1.0 has same values (6-10).
and 1 has somewhat "irregular" values from 12 up.
The link given by June7 has a long formula to solve this one - I was wondering whether there was a shorter formula to calculate the values directly.
Einsener37, could you point to us what these values are and how they might be derived?

Everyone: If I've helped and you can't be bothered to acknowledge it, I can't be bothered to look at further posts from you.
0.6 values: 0.92, 0.91, 0.90, 0.88, 0.85, 0.81, 0.76, 0.70.
Interpolation formula = (End-Start)/(Row(End)-Row(Start)) Where End = Max Value and Start = Min Value
In the attached spreadsheet I have expanded the data provided Rows 3 (Max Value), 8 (Half Value), & 13 (Min Value) hence we need to determine the values for rows 4 to 7, & 9 to 12. in the initial table. The second table shows the interpolated values
