Extracting Financial Data From PDF

Hi,

i just started using VBA and was wondering, is there a way to use it to extract specific values from PDF financial statements? some of these financial statements are from private companies so i cant find them anywhere that is easier to extract from.

if he pdfs are not in "uniform" format, it would be a pain to use VBA and much easier to extract the data manually.
you can use a commercial software like Able2Extract pro.
