I request your kind help in creating an animated chart in power point where the cycle runs for both actuals and budget for each month.
Attached is the Excel chart that was downloaded, along with another sheet containing the data.

Other than two excel files from Chandoo, what exactly have you done?

In file biker-on-hill_18mar25,i included monthwise data where we need to do animation chart where bicycle to run from Jan to dec in ppt to show the movement month-wise both budget and actuals.Hope it is clear and let me know if you require furthermore details.
What you are describing is basically a progress bar animation. Google that topic - there are numerous you-tube videos.
How to incorporate data and bicycle images is beyond me.
