I wanted to know..is there anyway to scan a document, open it in publisher and code for that document? Also what extension are publisher files saved as, ex) .doc?

What are you wanting to do with the Document you want to scan? Because when you scan an item it is saved as an image for the most part, and you would have to insert it to the Pub through the image file. Publisher's ext is .pub.

I wanted to scan a document that has numerous blank fields, such as an application, and than code to insert text fields or a text box.
