Emails with Attachments not sending

Hey all,

I have a problem. Any e-mails that I have an attachment on are not being recieved by my recipient. If I send those e-mails to myself I recieved them. I can also send e-mails without attachments.

What could be the problem?

The most common thing I run into here is a company firewall, and settings that many of the users behind it are not even aware of. They may not be able to receive any attachments at all, or the extensions on the files are used to filter.

For example, if you have found that .zip, .doc, .xls, .mdb, .exe, .bat, .war, etc., extensions that are common to what you may send, do not get through, try zipping a file, changing the extension to .piz and then let them know and see if it gets through.

They could also just check their administrator and see what the policy is on attachments. Best of luck
