Font color in Msgbox

In MSExcel, is there a way I can specify the font color, size or background color in msgbox?

Unfortunately, no.

You could create your own userform that looks like a msgbox, and specify the font properties of the Label you're using to display the text. But using the default msgbox you're stuck with what's there.

There is an addin you can use to do this though, created by Masaru Kaji (aka Colo) called ktMsgBox and it can be found on his website. Look here under Utilities.
