Solved: VBA to insert blank rows (simple huh??)

    Hello Experts,
Hope your weekend was gorgeous (mine, a bit too warm for 2nd half of Oct).

Well, this time, I'm kinda going against the traffic -- I saw codes to delete blank rows; but the phonebook I work on has 400 names and I'd need help w/ vba code to insert one blank row below each row that already has a name and the person's info that goes across. I would like the inserted rows to have the same format like border around and Arial 9 like the existing rows.

At this age of Excel, its crazy to manually insert 400+ blank row below each existing row; thus, any help is very much appreciated!!
I attach a simple ws to better illustrate the above.
