I took on this project at work and quickly realized that it requires knowledge far past mine concerning VBA. I was able to complete portions of it with excel formulas but have run into some road blocks. I have created a sanitized version if you will of the Matrix that we start with and then using that sanitized data created the format that will basically be the endstate (or success).
