Import data from another workbooks

Hi, i am really really stuck, and i hope someone can help me..

I receive daily price spreadsheet for all locations everyday(ex.20110528.xls, 20110529.xls, 20110530.xls), and i would like to import these data to a master price workbook(without open each single one), because my boss don't want to enter them day by day for all locations(so many)...

I would like to create a macro to look up prices from daily workbooks to the master sheet, and i don't want to mast up the formula and format on the master sheet.

please help....please!!
