Hi Dear all,

Can we extract specific outside email ids mail store in created specific folder in outlook automatically.

Example:

If I got daily basis more than 100 mail from different email Id like amartakale@gmail.com,xxx@hdfcsec.com....xxx@kotak.com & so on...... etc.

Then there are any possibility to only hdfc & kotak mails save in created specific folder in outlook automatically. means if outside mails came from this id then automatically save that specific folder only & rest as it. ( currently I create & manage rule option to save specific mail)
