I have been developing a MS project (.adp) database. Until the other day, all things have been going smoothly.

But the database has begun corrupting. I lost a significant amount of programming updates. It has reached the point that when I make the smallest of changes, I close the program and see if it will reopen without corrupting. Then I back it up immediately before doing anything else.

I then make the next change and test to see the program will re-open without corruption. If it opens, I back up the next change and start again. I am keeping 4 levels of backup, copying each backup over top a slightly older one. Whenever I make the slightest program change, about 25% of the time the program crashes.

Any ideas?
