UDF Lookup Issue

Hello all,

I've attached an example file with more detailed instructions on the issue and how to see it in action. Basically the custom lookup function craps out when various other macros are run in the workbook that have nothing to do with the lookup at all.

Any input on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Unable to replicate this consistently, but on occasion the function is triggered by the macro: I guess when it impacts on the relevant named ranges.
