It seems like the smileys work if there is text already. If you try to add it to a blank message it doesn't seem to get added.

Actually I was asking about the 3 rows of [buttons] just above the message text area
I can see the words or icon for [Font] and [Size] and [Outdent] and 1 or 2 two others.
The rest are 'whited out'

Yes I will be working on the tags. the Code tag was a customization I have to see about converting.

I get notification of a Private Message, but when I go to view, I get an error page, the same applies to old and new messages. This is the message I get:

Plenty of errors in going over all the private messages at the moment. Just need some time to rectify.
