Need code to merge PDF files in a folder using adobe acrobat X

Hi,
Set reference to VBE - Tools - References – Acrobat
and try this code:

Hi there!
Despite setting the correct references, I cannot get this working.
The problem lies in this line

Set PartDocs(i) = CreateObject("AcroExch.PDDoc")

AcrobatError.PNGIt says "Activex component can't create object"

Any thoughts?
